OPS CONNECT™ Activation Form
The “National Law Enforcement and Community Policing Integrated Network” (NLECPIN) is restricted solely to official and authorized United States governmental law enforcement agencies ONLY. NLECPIN is operated and managed by Online Policing Solutions, Inc. (“OPS”), on behalf of its supporting partner agencies. OPS is a private GovTech contractor and is not under the direct control or management of any government agency. All NLECPIN related assets, data, and intellectual property, are owned and operated exclusively by Online Policing Solutions, Inc. and managed on behalf of its official United States government partner agencies and organizations.

This resource sharing model allows agencies to access these invaluable assets and collaboration tools, while supporting a national initiative that keeps the overall agency to agency support cost low.
- The support fees associated with OPS CONNECT™ are based on agency size and are listed in the application.

Registration Process

- Submit Authorized Agency Information for approval.
- Complete the Agency Registration Form (linked below).
- Upon approval, your agency will be onboarded into OPS CONNECT™ with full access and implementation support.
