The Chillicothe Police Department (MO) has officially joined the National Public Safety Alliance for Individuals with Disabilities (NPS-AID)—becoming one of the first municipal police departments in Missouri to embrace this groundbreaking platform and launch their local NPS-AID chapter.

A heartfelt thank-you to Chief Jon Maples at the Chillicothe Police Department for leading the charge on this essential national effort, which is redefining how law enforcement partners with individuals with disabilities and special needs to build trust, enhance communication, and strengthen community ties.
