Network Support

The entire OPS Network™ is solely supported by law enforcement and communities, ensuring the continued growth and security of the network. The below network support structure allows all communities, regardless of size or budget, to easily support the network for decades to come.

There are no hidden fees or setup costs. All current and future OPS Network features, community tools, modules, extensions, intelligence sharing tools and assets are provided.


* Sworn Members are defined as sworn law enforcement personnel, to inlcude full time officers, special officers, administrative level officers, prosecutors, district attorney’s, etc..

+ Support staff includes only full time support level staff that are directly employed by the OPS partner law enforcement agency. Temporary or part-time support employees are not included. Support staff do not have access to the communications assets, group chat, or any other secure law enforcement specific asset.

* Monthly rates are based on yearly network support subscription of stated monthly rate times twelve.

Commonly Asked Questions

Why is OPS solely supported by law enforcement?

Many, if not most, modern applications collect data (known as data-mining), share information about content and users and use servers and developers that are maintained/employed abroad/overseas.

Being solely supported by law enforcement ensures that no third party entities are needed to support the network. For this reason, the data and information shared, stored and utilized in the OPS Network remains secure and completely contained within the network. OPS does not data-mine or share any information. 

ALL OPS Network servers are maintained in the United States and all development is conducted in-house, by OPS Network developers, with the oversight of law enforcement, right here in the U.S.  

Is OPS easy to setup?

Yes. Once you activate your agency’s network, OPS requires NO technical skill or IT assets to setup and maintain. OPS was developed FOR law enforcement, not web techs.

Is everything included with each support plan?

Yes. Each support plan only differs by agency and community size. Everything is included with ALL OPS Full Network support plans.

Are there any upcharges for data usage or limits on document storage?

No. There are no additional charges for data use or limits on data usage. There are no limits on how many documents or forms you can upload to your Community Interface or agency Command Center.

Can we start with the Basic Plan and upgrade?

Yes. Any agency can start with the Basic Plan and then activate the full network when ready.

Can we leave the network at any time?

Yes. After the first year, agencies can discontinue their network support at any time with no fees or charges.

Is there any cost to claim our agency's network?

No. There are no costs to claim your network. Just click “Get Started” above.

How do we claim our agency's network?

Simple. Click on “Get Started” on any of the above plans and you will be taken to the Activation Portal.

Is the network secure?

Yes. The OPS Network is a law enforcement specific network and exceeds industry standard for security protocols.
